INTREPID TRAVEL

SCOPE: RESEARCH, STRATEGY AND UX & UI RE-DESIGN FOR WEBSITE

The redesign of this small group travel company's website aimed to address key usability issues identified through heuristic evaluation and user interviews. The existing site had significant barriers to user engagement, conversion, and trust. Our goal was to create a seamless and transparent experience that clearly communicated the company’s value proposition, improved trip discoverability, and built confidence among a diverse demographic of travelers.

As an avid traveler myself, I have navigated numerous travel booking sites and understand the frustrations users face when key details are unclear. This project felt like a perfect challenge to solve, combining user-centered design principles with my firsthand travel experience.

UX & UI RE-DESIGN
